I have long wanted to have a venue for my art. I have enjoyed drawing and crafts all my life. My true love in art though, is drawing with pen and ink.
I nearly gave up on joy of making art while I attended college. My first semester at college, I was so thoroughly intimidated by the remarkable talent other people had in my art classes, that I soon felt I would never be able to compete with such talent, and changed my major.
Now over 30 years later, I have renewed my desire and confidence, and enjoy designing art for all of the rubber stamps you can purchase on Art Stamp Heaven’s web site.
Pen and ink is becoming a lost art. The use of a quill ink pen dipped in ink to make art, is declining due to technology. I too have moved forward with the times. Perhaps only a little though. I still use pen and ink to create my art. But instead of a quill pen, the more modern “pen” is now a mechanical ink pen. The process is very time consuming, and can sometimes take a month or more, to perfect the design through a series of drawings.
It’s my pleasure to hear from customers. I encourage you to write me with your comments and questions, as well as visit my blog.
My family and I sincerely appreciate your patronage.
